I use a Mitsumi basic keyboard that I've replaced once in 4 1/2 years due to filth. :p My mouse of choice is a Mouseman dual optical.

I love Dell keyboards and bought a couple of them off of eBay for my custom machines. I also have the Logitech trackbacll with the side buttons because of RSI in the wrists. I can't last 5 minutes on a standard mouse without peircing pain shooting through my wrists, but I can mouse all day on that trackball. The key is having the buttons on the side.
