People he bought the rims for gave him new lugs, when he torqued them they just grinded out the threads

Yes, that accounts for 2 of the wheels, i'd have thought the two wheels facing the direction of the skid wouldn't have come off like that, or at the least not just bounced off, they would have fallen flat under the car if anything?
