performance problems with the new det. drivers..

after installing the new detonator drivers (41.09) i was finally able to get bf1942 to run on my system. i then went to play counter-strike and noticed that rivertuner does not work with the new det. drivers, causing my to get 60fps in cs. if i roll-back my drivers to say.. 40.70 rivatuner works fine, making cs run just perfect (100fps) but bf1942 crashes out before i even get to a load scene. any ideas would be appreciated. the only other video tweak that i've tried is powerstrip and that dosen't work... help!
 
I am not that familiar with BF1942, but it appears that since Rivatuner doesn't work with the new 41.09 drivers, then you getting the refresh bug that is causing the 60fps in CS.

As far as I know, these programs work with the 41.09 drivers. All they do is fix the refresh bug, though.
