Performance problem (beacuse OC[i think])

HI ! I have THE SAME FPS problem on 2 different PCs. That 2 problem happened after i overclocked the CPU -> after 1 day after cpu ran overclocked i get BIG fps problem, from 40-50 fps in LoL ( league of legends ) with detail to VERY HIGH, now i get max 18 fps with VERY LOW , max 14 FPS with very high[that problem happen on the both PCs 1 day after CPU ran overclocked].


SO FIRST CPU SPECS
CPU : athlon 64 x2 4200 2.2 ghz TO 2.52 ghz with +0.025V
GPU : hd 2600XT pro
MEM : 2gb ddr2 667
PSU : 450 W delux
mobo : gigabyte m61p-s3

2ND CPU SPECS
CPU : e2140 1.6ghz to 1.96 GHz + 0.012V and pci-e clock to 110
GPU : 6800GS
MEM : 2gb ddr2 533
PSU : 450 W delux
mobo : biostar 945GC micro 775

Generally, with the OC'd 21x0 machines we had that I overclocked as prev'ly explained, there wasn't much gaming for those systems. They were fitted with low-end GeForce 5xxx graphics cards, I think -- bottom of the line. One of them had NVidia graphics on-board -- definitely not a stunning performer either.

Somebody here may have an answer. Even so . . .

When you stress-tested these systems, did you use the AVX-enabled version of LinX or something similar? Is the processor getting enough voltage? You might want to look at the Intel web specs on the E2140 to find a "safe" upper limit for the VCORE, but I'll bet it was as much as 1.37V. You could either attempt to fine-tune so that the LinX GFLOPS were at the maximum for the processor (also likely in the specs) and consistent for all cores.

In your case, there's no hyperthreading, no "parking" and no need to do more than set LinX to test the maximum RAM, I think.

I could be misled here in my own speculations, and someone may offer better. I'm not really "graphics savvy" to an extent that I'd see it clearly in a blink . . .
