Performance Difference in different DDR RAM?

I am thinking of adding 1 gig of DDR RAM to CPU/mobo combo of 2100+ XP and EPoX 8KHA+ . I am considering following types of RAM. Does anyone know what performance difference are we talking here?

512MB High Perf PC2100 Mushkin CL2* WEEKEND DEAL #1 $ 131

512MB PC2100 DDR SDRAM SPECIAL * WEEKEND DEAL #2 $ 115

They are all PC2100 RAM from Mushkin but price difference is significant.
