Performance Benchmark

UT2003 Demo, Aquamark 2003, those are some used in most benches. Fraps if you want to check out your frames in games that don't have a built in option.
 
3dmark01se and 3dmark03 are probably the most widely used. They're ok for comparing to other systems and seeing what kind of performance gains you're getting from an oc. However, testing actual games with fraps should probably give you a better indication of real world performance.
