Pubo Coccygeal, yes...it may help increase stamina, but penile width is determined by the ischiocavernosus and bulbocavernosus; while penile length is determined by the corpus cavernosa, genetically, and that cannot be increased after development without surgery (which isn't very effective).

As for performance, SSRIs have shown to be effective in treating PE, especially Zoloft.

By some of this logic, drinking a lot will give you a lot of exercise (peeing) 🙂 and that will help out. Heh.
 
For a serious answer, here you go: First of all, yes, it's all in your head. (the big one) BUT, what others have said here, thinking of something else, servicing yourself a few hours before, they all work.

Here's a quick fix that I found by accident: They make condoms with something inside that desensitizes you. And they fvcking work. My wife recently had a baby, and she isn't on birth control again, yet. So we have to use protection. I felt like a kid, going into the story to get rubbers. Hadn't used them in god-knows-how-long. So I pick up some lubed ones, not noticing that they're also "male desensitizers", at least until I got home. No biggie, I'd been cut off for months anyway, I figured that couldn't hurt until I got back in "shape" again.

You're asking the wrong crowd here. Most would bust a nut in 15 seconds if a naked chick walked into their room.

It's all about control. If you start to feel like you're gonna bust, switch positions or go at an uncomfortable pace. (uncomfortable pace to YOU that is) Do something that doesn't feel good to you. Take a short break. Masturbate prior to intercourse.

I usually think about how garbage the Bears are this year and how lucky I was to see em win the superbown in '84. I guess its pretty easy when you have the Cubs, Sox, Bears, BH, Bulls all sucking ass this year.
