Once i build my new computer...how to i optimize it. Are there any good manuals or programs that would help me out? LIke how to make it run the best it can...not really over clocking but just making it run clean and smooth. I know hear about Ram timings all the time and i have no clue how to do that stuff or waht i shoudl set it too. Thx

For RAM timings, you usually want them as low as you can go (especially the CAS Latency). Also check out Blackviper and disable services.
