Perfmon exporting counters.

I am teaching myself (very poorly) how to use perfmon found under admin tools in control panel.


I have a few counters I want to export to use on another computer.

But when I load it on new pc then its getting data from original pc.

Is there any third party tool than can export the counters without the old data that it came from a paticular pc?

Perfmon is not very user friendly
