I have a 1 TB Internal Storage drive and an external drive with same capacity.

Whenever I backup my Pics & Videos, I manually maintain two copies .. one on each disk ..

Is there a software that could help me automate this so that I write only on the internal drive and the software automatically synchronizes to the external ?
 
I really liked mirror folder for windows. It is as good as software raid-1, mirroring even files which are in use. I used versions prior to 4.0. I did not want to spend $40 every year to upgrade the software so I built a file server with raid-1.
 
I just tried Marcium Backup. Just did an image of my 250gb ssd and restored it to a 1tb hd with no problems. Of course had to re activate windows again since hardware changed.
