I just noticed this happened after the maintenance last Friday. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't.

Mine posted at first, then I edited the post and the symbol by itself turned into that database gibberish. Bah 😀
 
It is a known issue guys, all vB forums on this version have the same problem. It is fixed in the next release of vB.

When this first started, I was using IE8 almost exclusively and the percent symbol worked fine. I started using Firefox yesterday because of the fucking ads...(I love adblocker plus) and now, I get the same error. I've tried using IE8 again...and still get the error instead of the percent sign.
