People's opinions on hair styles ?

Ok, i AM STRAIGHT, just wondering what people's opinions are on guys hair styles?

Like, do you think a guy with long hair is a p00f, or a tryhard?
or do you think that a guy with reasonable length hair, which is neat, and not too long will get them a job in preference to that of a person with long hair etc ?
