I just got off the phone with them, they said that if your preorder hasn't been fulfilled yet, you will not be getting it fulfilled until late march. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news and don't shoot the messenger, I'm in the same boat as you too

Very few cards shipped to vendors? or maybe newegg had a higher than expected demand for this card?

Finally, let’s talk launch availability. By scheduling the launch of Titan during the Chinese New Year, NVIDIA has essentially guaranteed this is a delayed availability product. Widespread availability is expected on the 25th, though cards may start popping up a couple of days earlier. NVIDIA hasn’t gone into depth for launch quantities, but they did specifically shoot down the 10,000 card rumor; this won’t be a limited run product and we don’t have any reason at this time to believe this will be much different from the GTX 690’s launch (tight at first, but available and increasingly plentiful).

They may also be focusing on boutique orders first.

The reason for it seems to be that newegg oversold on preorders, I anaged to squeeze out the information that they still had 250 preorders to fulfill that wouldn't be until march (mine included). That aside, it looks like tigerdirect has some EVGA cards in stock. I just placed an order and it went through fine, so get them while they're still there
