People who intentionally mistreat their pets deserve a special place in hell.

Angry fuck tard of a customer walked out of the store today (well ok he wasn't a customer just came in to use the ATM) and went to untie his dog outside. He was obviously having some anger management issues and did something to the dog, couldn't see exactly what. The dog let out the most horrible high pitched yelp I've heard in a long time, the type dogs make when they are hurt. The dog also had a really scarred look on its face. Really felt sorry for him.

People that makes claims based on something they didn't see deserve to be right beside them in hell.

Yeah I may not have seen exactly what the guy did but the look on the dogs face and the way it acted around him plus the yelp plus the way he walked off with it is evidence enough. Now if I called animal services on him you'd have a point.

Maybe the dog just bit him and he retaliated in an effort to teach the dog a lesson?

Um no the dog didn't even touch the guy. The reaction was one of extreme fear. The noise the dog made was not the type of bark or whimper you hear from dogs usually. It was an extremely short high pitched yelp. Usually elicited from injury, breaking a leg say, or from extreme fear.

This is all going according to plan, here at ATOT.

1.) OP makes post about inane, obvious observation.
2.) Readers are bored enough to read and write a response to the OP.
3.) While formatting their response, the readers begin looking for things to disagree with the OP about. This is clever, because they're provocatively arguing with the OP, who made an obvious and generally truthful claim, but left his ass hanging out in a couple of spots to be kicked.
4.) ...?
5.) Profit, ATOT.

I agree pet abusers really need to be shot or something. I think the OP is speaking in general, not specifically to what he heard though there is no reason to hit a dog, like there is no reason to shake a baby.

My cat bites me sometimes because she likes to play very rough and has no claws, I don't hit her, I just pull my hand/finger out of her mouth and I might give a small tap and say "no biting!" but to actually cause harm, never. There are different ways to discipline, then abuse. Water works great for cats. 😀

Just another day in the life of ATOT 🙂

As far as I could see the owner never hit the dog. You could tell though the way the dog behaved around the man, EXTREMELY submissive and with a look of fear (tail between legs, that the dog was terrified of him. While untying the dog he did something like yang on the leash which elicited the terrified yelp. The man was clearly furious about something and from the look of it frequently takes it out on his pet.

Could I be wrong people yes I could. And if so then yes I am talking in general about such people.

Well then, in general, I agree. I think most people would.

I've whipped my cats ass after it's bitten me before. 5 minutes later its back on my lap. Sometimes you just gotta show it who the alpha cat is.

Lots of people deserve to be dead, but only a few deserve to be in hell... but not the kind that comes after you die.

Maybe he stepped on him by accident? Some dogs squeal at the dumbest things, even before anything happens. Some dogs are pretty fearful creatures.

That reminds me, when I was a kid I went to Burger King with my dog, tied it up outside, and went to buy a whopper. I came out, walked with the dog a bit, and started to unwrap the whopper. The whole time my dog was staring at me and the whopper, already wanting a piece. As I lifted the whopper towards my mouth, my dog delibertely pulled like crazy on the leash jerking me forward and making the whopper fall out of my hand onto the sidewalk. Seeing my beautiful beef splattered burger on the groud caused me to go into a furious rage. I went into HULK SMASH mode grabbing one end of the leash and attempting to batter my dog with it, but it was too late, he was gobbling the whopper up in a frenzy as I was attempting to DPS him. It was funny cause people on the sidewalk were looking at us, it must of been a funny scene 😀 I don't think the dog took any damage, it's like the need for the whopper made him immune to the whips.

Oh and the dog was a king size German Sheppard.

If your treatment is cruel in any way and you do it in front of me, you'll do it only once. This is not a threat, but your assurance of unintended consequences.
