No, I admit I drive with one hand frequently - but I don't flaunt it. I keep my hands inside the fucking vehicle.

Left hand/arm out the window, right hand to hold the steering wheel. Left knee/thigh comes up to hold wheel when right hand needs to shift.

I'll post a picture of my hand out the window while driving later just for you.
 
Gotta get my left arm farmer tan thing going on, then I make me wife drive me around on weekends to get my right arm action on.
