Holy WTF those people are seriously mentally ill. Great, now I'm going to spend the next couple of hours browsing that forum for epic lulz.

LOL, I liked how one of the people responded to the question of why the pirates didn't just sail through the dolphins instead of turning away:

Maybe it's a superstition thing, especially since we are talking seamen

Oh, so now seamen are the superstitious ones?

Hahaha OMG, from their swine flu thread
Considering the numbers of illegal aliens pouring into our country every single day, this is a serious concern. This is one of many reasons that it isn't just okay to say undocumented (what a travesty that ridiculous term is, they are breaking the law, not just missing their homework!). Not only are legal aliens NOT breaking our laws by going through many other procedures to gain proper admittance into our country, but there is a HEALTH check, of course. Our health is at stake. That's been completely tossed aside by the liberals. All the workers who come over here (the ones the liberals tell us we can't live without) are a threat to our health because they are never checked out.
and his sig:
Peace be to you all who are in Christ.

Who knew such a gold mine of hilarious forum posts existed.

Hmm so what happened to loving/caring for everyone equally? I guess U.S. laws are more important than God to that guy.

It would take something like 4chan to even make a dent in a place like that. They probably have 10x the mods that ATOT has that delete anything dissenting.

Hahahahaha! Again from their swine flu thread:
This is very curious!

From the OP:

Quote:
He said the U.S. cases and Mexican cases are likely the same virus. "So far the genetic elements that we have looked at are the same." But Besser said it was unclear why the virus was causing so many deaths in Mexico and such mild disease in the United States.
Sounds as if God is watching over us.

Apparently God hates Mexicans

I read one page of that forum, and it can only be called a retardfest. I'm not saying all christians are -- I've talked with plenty of smart (if wrong :p) ones, but this place is a laugh riot of self congratulation and idiocy.

And you are saying that if some atheist comes along and says something stupid its not noteworthy? How about if they throw in a nice dash of hatred for Christians in general to boot? But thats typical and expected, so really theres nothing to see here.

If all Christian were like these kooks the world would be in deep, deep trouble. Thankfully that isn't the case.

OK, that forum is really creepy.

what's the point of being a member or even posting when 90% of the posts are the exact same?

I'm pointing out that absolutely no one in that thread is bright enough to realize that the news source is sketchy (chinese media) and that the article's content is clearly propaganda.

I used to wonder the same thing. I attribute this to obsessive compulsive disorder on the part of certain members. Its like reading the same paper over and over, hoping it will be a *little* different next time. You'll get over it once you realize the best course of action is to remember as much as you can about as many members as you can so it will seem different to you. You will have perspective. Thats what you do when madness overcomes reality and you are hopelessly trapped. I have a funny feeling vbulliten is going to cure a lot of people of that sickness. Mark my words.

It would be incredibly noteworthy since there don't seem to be many (if any) atheists on those boards.

Atheists do things that piss me off (as atheist myself) by ruining the reputations of nonbelievers and reinforcing stereotypes about us. My guess is the same thing applies to many Christians regarding these nimrods.

Their politics forum is a riot. In the "Grade Obama's First 100 Days" thread, out of three pages only two people gave him better than a F (one gave B-, another C). It's an echo chamber in there.

Their forum rules make it quite clear why everyone is towing the same line. Their official rules explicitly forbid members from disagreeing with pretty much anything that the board owners believe. For example...
[03] No blasphemy of the Holy Spirit in mocking God, His character, or using God's name in vain

[04] Defend the Faith and God's infallible Word, not the ways of the world, homosexuality, liberalism, socialism, false translations, false theologies, Mysticism, or deceptive cults and other heresie

[05] Do not promote unscriptural ideologies. Do not attack the Christian faith in the guise of "wanting to learn", for entertainment purposes of arguments and debates. Do not promote insurrection propaganda or fear based threads on FEMA camps and other government conspiracies. Our primary focus is current news regarding biblical prophecy.

[13] No Liberal Left Wing Political Agendas, Pacifism, Socialism, Tax Dodging, Anti-American Conspiracies, Anti-War Propaganda, or that the United States is Israel or Mystery Babylon.

There are many more and they're pretty amusing, check it out

Let me get this straight. The Chineese Navy was escorting a ship. The pirates moved towards it, saw dolphins and the Chinese navy, then moved away. And they think it was the dolphins?
