and why does the 'tone' of some invisible stranger who doesnt know you personally concern you?

do you walk down the street thinking "what does that random stranger across the street, who i dont know, and will never see again, think of me?"

if not... why does the belief of someone online, who you will never meet in person, even concern you?

Often, people on the internet can be assholes. It's best to ignore them. If you acknowledge them it just fuels them to continue. Some people feel good about themselves when they insult others.
 
I don't know what the people are like in your neck of the woods, but I'm surprised that they're yelling at you for being autistic.

The evidence is clear. Calling you autistic is an insult to autistic people. You're just a ridiculous troll. Not knowing how to post a link is the first clue and then making that video is the second huge clue.
