HAHAHAHA

That's amazing. I'm joining ebay right now and selling my DVD remote to my PS2 with a picture of my PS2. Gonna try for $100.

Yup. Humans are dense.

"This seller, murr4027, prefers PayPal."
This seller, murr4027, is going to get beaten with rubber hoses.

Anyone remember the guy who sold ONE psp and showed a picture of 50, stacked nicely in his room?
How much did he get for it?

I agree that the person should have read to make sure what he was bidding on, but the seller should have had the picture of the stylus at the top. The fact that he had a picture of a computer was misleading, IMO.

look at the bid history...looks like he changed the item description...hmmm

you're correct

Actually, you're both wrong......whenever you change an item's description, the ebay advert shows REVISED on the description. Once a bid has been placed, the description CANNOT be changed in any way, just added to. Once inside 12 hours of close of the auction, nothing can be done to alter the listing, adding to it or changing it.

The bidder just chose that check mark on the reason-to-retract-bid page to look good......is not true at all.

I didn't find the listing the least bit unclear. I can't understand idiots who can pay hundreds of dollars without even reading.

I love eBay. I sold a BROKEN Linksys Wireless adapter for $50 ($59 retail new). Yes, non-fuctioning. I clearly wrote a paragraph in bold that it didn't work and was sold completely as-is. They got it and e-mailed me saying "hey it doesn't work". I replied with an exact quote from the auction listing. pwned.

I don't think the seller accidently put a picture of a tablet pc by mistake. But yeh you are a moron if you do not read the description and bid based on a picture.
