actually while she is not ugly, her lack of breasts would probably not allow me to let her in my bed in the first place. If I was in bed with her and closed my eyed, I would think I was touching a man. not sexy

Alicia Keys is about 50 times sexier than Kate, and even Alicia ain't the worlds most beautiful woman.

but after seeing some the past winners, like Julia Roberts & Angelina Jolie I'm not really surprised to see Kate at the top spot.
