I'm hopeful, but what he espoused is so far from reality, it's sad. Just because we don't do fetal stem cell research, you can bet it's being done in other countries, and they're not showing up with any miracles yet

How are the 9/11 victims being exploited? 9/11 was a national tragedy. Leading a nation through that is Bush's greatest accomplishment. I would expect him to remind Americans of that when making a case why he should be reelected. I think people don't fully understand the situation here and edwards is shamelessly trying to exploit people's ignorance on the matter. Bush and many Republicans support stem-cell research.
