I'm not fluent in Chinese at all and even I can sometimes tell. But usually only at extremes. Besides being flamboyantly gay is about body language as much as it is about accent, if not more so.

Why? Like I was saying usually it's as much in the body language as in how one speaks. I probably know enough Chinese that I could detect a strong lisp.

Anyways... concerning flamboyant-ness; some people are just flamboyant for shits and giggles like me. A good number of my friends think I'm overly flamboyant and effeminate, but whether I am or not, the answer is a "not even remotely".
