Why do reporting agencies say anything about the race of the victim or offender? This BLACK person did this, or this WHITE person did that. Sigh, it's getting old. Omit the race and you still get your story across. Why are you still reporting it that way? Oh, that's right, YOU SUCK.

So, a city that had there not been a hurricane would have had enough food for a million people to last at least a week, suddenly ran out of canned foods (that wouldn't spoil if submerged), bottled items, etc. And, it ran out in just a couple of days with a fraction of the population remaining?
