Pentium4 - the "Mobile" difference?

I'm seeing some pentium4's on ebay designated as a "Pentium 4 Mobile" CPU, but the socket is s478, and the ones I've seen are SL6RZ. Will these work in a s478-based chipset desktop motherboard (i.e. 845g, etc)? I just can't tell based on the data on Intel's site.
 
The mobiles are probably rated for running at lower voltages (and of course they use lower bus speeds so they're more like just older P4's that can run at lower voltage), and they have better power management enabled, so you should make sure that the mainboard will recognize the chip and supports the proper voltage. Higher voltage won't really hurt it but you might have to set it manually. It might not boot at all if the BIOS doesn't recognize the chip ID.
 
Still scratching my head about this...found this warning document on Intel's website.

I have two boards to try it out - Abit BD7-II, and the other I believe is an Intel D865PCD (865P-based).

Looking at the reviews, the Abit does not appear to have a CPU voltage setting for underclocking. Its only a CPU Voltage "percent increase" of 5%, 10%, etc.

Any thoughts? Should I jump on a P4-M and save a few bucks?
