Plenty of mac ads bashing the PC platform, I'm not full of my self because i'm not trying to "convert you" like your trying to me. Yes people who have used a pc will have experience, just like have sex for the first time. You have some experience after that but not very much, I dont know where you were getting with this. You said macs dont have viruses and they have virus scanners only to detect viruses when they are being used as a "carrier" for pc virues. I smell an enron executive LOL, trying to cover his tracks!

WTF is wrong with you, its like your defending you family. I have a feeling your at least 13<, and if you haven't taken algebra/pre algebra like I have calculated, < The mouth point one way means Greater than and the back/arrow means smaller than. So in simplified terms your LESS than 13.

hahahha...Mac users get their way eh? The majority of PC users wouldn't fit with a Mac just like the majority of people can't draw. Mac users are used to being in an exclusive club. I'm not so sure what they want is what you think they want. They think of themselves as special, not common. Kinda one of the things I don't like about the majority of them. I have a Mac, but don't consider myself a "Mac User".

Also, don't spend too much on your firewall. You can have a firewall that just as effective if you use an old PC, get two network cards, and run Linux/BSD. I like ipfilter myself.

And Virii on a Mac is useless. Yes, you can send someone a malicious program, but its up to the user to run it. Mail doesnt do whatever the message tells it, it only does what the user tells it to do. Also, even if it did run if would be local to the user to who received the message. None of the corrupted system files and replacing .doc with .porn. A user would have to authenticate the action, so its no different than the user intentionally doing it him/herself. In Windows, often you have no choice, just like with IE.

Where in the hell did you get this. I am not telling you to convert or anything. You are continuing to make stuff up. If I am trying to make you convert, quote me on this. You say I dont have much experience. Care to back that up? Obviously, you cant prove this.

Yes infact that was exactally what I was thinking of doing. I have about 8 computer lying around ranging from Pentium to K6-2 (not much but a lot of pentiums) was also thinking of getting an old lappy and use that as a firewall because I want to conserve on electricity. I maybe environmentally conscious but not a hippie.
