I also have a Slot 1 667. I am not a big overclocker, but if you are, get a 650E or 700E with a 100 Mhz FSB, they have larger multipliers and should easily run on a board that supports 133 Mhz FSB like the ASUS P3V4X. This is what I have and right now I am running at 140 FSB which only puts my CPU at 700MHZ a 650E running at 140 would be 910Mhz BIG difference. If you don't overclock however, 667 is fine.

Hi,

I need Cpu who can run at 133Mhz Bus...then that's why i need PIII 667 !

But if you tell me i can overcloack PIII 600 100MHZ at 133MHZ it could be a good solution !

But the difference un price is 15$ CAN.....

What is the good choice OEM or in BOX?

Check that page the Ulysses gave you. It lists which processors are cB0, and if they are in slot for socket form. The S-spec is what determines which CPU it is.

Re: cB0

Before you buy ask the vendor to tell you if the CPU is of the cB0 stepping or to give you the S-Spec (the 5-character code beginning with 'SL' on the CPU or on the outside of the retail box) so you can check it against:

http://support.intel.com/support/processors/sspec/p3p.htm.

Intel keeps that table up to date and it tells a lot about the various types of P3 processors they make. All P3's 800 MHz and over are supposed to be cB0.

P.S.
I actually have a more understandable version of the Intel table on my PC in MS Word (.doc) format that I will e-mail you if you want.

I swear it's a virus-free .doc file. :)

The S-Spec is the last 5 characters of the Product Code. cB0 is not directly indicated on the box. The S-Spec tells you that it is cB0. You ough to buy Slot 1 retail, so you are looking for the SL453.
