Officially yes, unofficially you can use up to DDR3 1866MHz but you will be out of specs.

We don't even know the exact specs of the OP's DDR3 sticks, they could be 1.35V, as some of the Crucial Ballistix are.

Yes you can go above 1866MHz but only with the Z170.
