Pentium D 950

can someone tell me the difference between the b & c stepping? Does it affect overclockability?
What are some opinions of this chip?

C1 has about 20-30% lower power consumption than B1 revisions.

The C1 Stepping runs a lot cooler than the B1 Stepping used to. This also allows a slightly better overclock.
D950 = $229 @ Newegg...
I would suggest getting an E6300 which would obviously smoke the D950.
Or add $20 and get an E6400.
