Pentium 4 E 530 3.0 GHz is nice!

I own a Pentium 4 E 530 3.0 GHz (LGA775) and my Asus motherboard monitor shows the following values:

CPU Temperature: 33 C (idle)
CPU Temperature: 49 C (heavy load)
CPU Fan: 2500 RPM (idle)
CPU Fan: 2500 RPM (heavy load)
+12V: 11,668 V

I've heard a lot of complaints about Prescotts being too hot but it doesn't seem to be the case.
I own a cheap OEM case with 2 fans and the original Intel cooler.
Are these values normal?
How can I find the CPU's stepping?
