I don't think the 933 is a bad oc'er. Not as good of a value as the 700E, but still not a bad oc'er. Because even if a 900E existed, what are the chances it'll make it to a 133FSB? It'll hit it's limit before then. A 933@ 1ghz is gonna be faster than a 900E@1ghz, because the 933@1ghz will be on a faster memory/fsb.

I wouldn't hesitate taking a 933 instead of a 1ghz w/100fsb (which are rare anywaz, most P3 1ghz are 133FSB now).
 
A 900e does exist however it is an oem only chip. 🙂
I agree the fop38 is too loud in fact my alpha with ystech fans allmost drives me insane 🙂
