Who's to say it wasn't "999" or a regular star ;0...
"Ma'am, please rotate the one cup 36 degrees, and the other 180. I wanted to give you 1000 stars, but I learned yesterday that I can't draw 1000. But I can fit 999."

"It's advertising a promo deal for our new Star Premium Mocha, $9.99 for a limited time."

Lol. If it's real, people get bent out of shape about nothing.
4!
13!
666!

Oh no, symbols that are used to indicate discrete quantities! RUN AWAY!!!

I've got VOIP service. Out of the list of numbers to choose, I found one that ended in 666. 😀

And once at Burger King, the bill was $6.66. The cashier read it:
"Your total is six........sixty six."

If you use a long pause, that will keep it from being evil. :awe:

(Seriously, what is wrong with our brains?? Can we please get a firmware update sometime?)
