Ask Brutuskend if he's ever been hit on. 😉

And if you think gay guys don't hit on dudes you are totally stupid. Nuff said.

Have you ever hit on women? Have any of those women by any chance turned you down? Has a women ever been hit on by a man who they didn't want hitting on them? Would you consider that some enormouse and cruel burden on the women? Should we just make all of this illegal to make you happy so that no one can express any kind of emotion that could offend you?

comment deleted. this thread has been hijacked enough already.

This is a huge difference between normal life and the homosexual lifestyle... they continue to work restrooms in their attempts to meet other "partners", ask George Michaels on this... homosexuality is ugly for the most part. People want to ignore this facet of homosexuality but ask George Michaels.... he knows that messed-up homosexuals only need to hang out in public toilers to get some "action". Wham indeed.

I'm no prude but blowing guys in public restrooms doesn't help the "gays are normal" argument.
[/quote]

You're right... I've NEVER seen a hetero couple get turned on enough to do it in the bathroom... Except every in every dorm, and every college dance club.

Just realize that gays shouldn't have to closet themselves, or hide standard emotions. If seeing two guys hold hand grosses you out, it's YOUR problem.

If you are being continuously hit on by gay men, congrats. If you're being harassed, tell the police. I seriously doubt that MANY gay men are harassing you. If one psycho is causing you grief, don't blame 10+% of the population.

That Penn and Teller Bullsh!t show just sucks.

What sealed it for me was when Penn went after the Boyscouts.... gotta let the homos in everywhere. And since they targetted the Boyscouts, who stand for good and moral values, and not letting perverted individuals in their otherwise hetero ranks somehow makes them a target of hate.

Not everyone wants to see this country go to hell. Fvck Penn and Teller. Both of them, seriously.

Why are you so scared of homosexuals? Do you honestly think you can choose your sexuality? Did you choose to be straight?
I am not scared of homosexuals but I think it's wrong that we are supposed to embrace their unnatural lifestyle and pretend it's normal and perfectly acceptable. If a gay kid wants to join the Boy Scouts I have no issue with that but if he wants to be openly gay and pretend that it's normal I do have a problem with it. I also have no issue with necrophiliacs joining the boy scouts if they can keep their perversion to themselves. Same with people into bestiality... join but leave your perverted stuff at home and don't you dare tell my kid this stuff is normal.

Homosexuality is not something that will ever be fully accepted and even most homosexuals know this. Just because the media embraces it right now will never make it right.

I was going to quietly leave the thread until I saw that "unnatural lifestyle" BS. So does that mean you think everyone who drives cars and uses artificial sweetener will go to hell because it's "unnatural"? The fact is that ten percent of male goats are gay http://www.sciencenews.org/pages/sn_arc97/1_4_97/bob1.htm
Describing gayness as "unnatural" is one of the stupidest, most obviously and demonstrably wrong arguments that has ever been popular. One of my first biology department jobs I saw gay frogs, and I have also seen gay dogs. Metastudies have determined that homosexuality is definitely between 25-75% genetic. There also seem to be chemical influences during fetal development. If you still have doubts about it being natural, here are some pics of gay animals: (NSFW, duh)

Gay animals are really quite common and perfectly natural:

There are arguments against homosexual behavior which are based in rational thoughts. "Unnatural acts" is not one of them, and nobody should be trying to perpetuate that argument. Even if you have some valid reason to be against it, perpetuating that argument just makes you look stupid, and leads people to ignore whatever else you have to say.

As for the boy scouts, they should never have been a tax exempt organisation. It doesn't matter if you were a member and "didn't notice" their anti-homosexual agenda. They argued in court that they are a private hate group and allowing homosexuals into their organization would undermine them. No hate group should ever be tax exempt, and no employer should take membership in such a hate group into account in hiring decisions. They have the same right to exist as the nazi party, kkk, and rush limbaugh, none of whom should have tax exempt status. (The court case was one where they revoked someone's eagle scout status upon discovering he was homosexual, which affected his resume.)

Edit: spelling; Also the best episode of P&T was the "war on drugs" episode, it might have only shown one side, but it wasn't misleading. I didn't like the "endangered species" episode, although it did expose some serious problems with the legislation, it also completely ignored the positive side of it and reason for it. Of course they are always, by their own admission, "biased as fvck". I still think overall they are good because even if they are "wrong" on a given topic, they still tend expose the worst aspects of whichever side they are against, and the problems that need to be addressed. They shouldn't be trusted as a source without verifying data from elsewhere though.

Great post. I had 2 sets of gay gerbils as a kid. What *IS* unnatural is the brainwashing done by fundamentalists. It comepletely blows my mind that someone can be so hardcore against gay people, when they have NEVER done anything to them. And to compare them to necrophiliacs and bestiality is so amazingly insulting. You are more of a terrorist than a Christian. (How's that for an absurd comparason thrown back at you) Remember that. The old testament may have had cryptic statements against homosexuality, but it also said to be kind to your slaves and to stone people to death for their crimes... I think we might have evolved a bit beyond that... (Whoops! Evolution?)

I'm not telling you not to be Christain, or any other wacko religion for that matter. Just keep it to yourself.

In fact, to make this post relevant. Check out the P&T BS on religion. It's right on the money...
This is your mistake. I have been harrassed by gay men since I was a child(I consider most of them to be pedophiles too but that is an entirely different thread).

I have been hit on by homosexual males my entire adult life(I am ignoring my childhood for arguments sake) and they are as bad as any other horny dudes... they see something they want and they start hitting hard. I can't help it I am a decent looking guy but I have a girlfriend and even if she flew off the planet I am still not gonna wanna be with dudes.

Religion has nothing to do with this... guys trying to copulate with other guys is bad biology. Even your highschool teacher would have to tell you that was messed up unless his name was Mr. Garrison.

Yeah...so do you hate guys, or just gay ones? You said it yourself, all guys hit on people, unfortunately many guys choose to hit on women who clearly are not interested in their advnaces. So, are straight men bad?

Anyway, I have no further energy to argue with the likes of you. 50 years from now, people will look at you the way we look at those who opposed civil rights for blacks in the 60s. You're just a bigot, plain and simple.

As Penn would say, "bullsh!t." The animals aren't "gay." When they're in rut, they have more hormones running through them than an entire 8th grade class. They'll hump anything that moves, including each other. However, when a female of the species is around, they do not hump male on male... they have a one track mind - feeeeemaaaale!

Raising goats is my hobby. I spent more time with goats today than most people would spend in a lifetime of taking their kids to the petting zoo on weekends. Rainbowalliance is a little bit of a biased source, don't you think??

It would seem that I said goats when I meant sheep. That's what I get for just skimming articles instead of carefully reading them and taking notes. I'll retcon that to make it right...

"For the most part, homosexual behaviors in domestic animals are considered normal and helpful for the development of reproduction. "This is not always the case," animal behaviorist Anne Perkins of Carroll College in Helena, Mont., and James A. Fitzgerald of Oregon State University in Corvallis assert in Sexual Orientation (Westport, Conn.: Praeger, in press). Perkins' research on sheep supports this argument.

Scientists have studied the sex drive and sexual orientation of domesticated and wild rams. A heterosexual ram with a strong sex drive will mount either other males or ewes. However, a significant proportion of domesticated males -- up to 16 percent -- never mate with females during a breeding season, Perkins says.

About 6 percent seem uninterested in any sexual activity. Another 10 percent are homosexual, choosing males even when females are available. Domesticated rams resemble their wild relatives, which scientists have also observed participating in homosexual relations. Ewes rarely engage in such activities."

According to lecture notes from my psychology professor, roughy 10% of pro football players have homosexual tendencies as well. Homosexuality is not at all correllated with testosterone levels either. Homosexuality has a strong genetic component.

the alcoholics 12 step program or whatever they did an expose on was also good. i didn't know it involved religion, and had a failure rate like that. it really was total bullsh*t😉

Yeah, I've been hit on.

But just to make things clear, I don't HATE homosexuals, I just hate some of the things they do. And because of past experiences that I've had with some of them, I tend to be uncomfortable around them.

(This is my moral support for the night. Thanks for YOUR moral support when I needed it in the thread where I was taking all that heat.... 😛)
