That Penn and Teller Bullsh!t show just sucks.
What sealed it for me was when Penn went after the Boyscouts.... gotta let the homos in everywhere. And since they targetted the Boyscouts, who stand for good and moral values, and not letting perverted individuals in their otherwise hetero ranks somehow makes them a target of hate.
Not everyone wants to see this country go to hell. Fvck Penn and Teller. Both of them, seriously.
Why are you so scared of homosexuals? Do you honestly think you can choose your sexuality? Did you choose to be straight?
I am not scared of homosexuals but I think it's wrong that we are supposed to embrace their
unnatural lifestyle and pretend it's normal and perfectly acceptable. If a gay kid wants to join the Boy Scouts I have no issue with that but if he wants to be openly gay and pretend that it's normal I do have a problem with it. I also have no issue with necrophiliacs joining the boy scouts if they can keep their perversion to themselves. Same with people into bestiality... join but leave your perverted stuff at home and don't you dare tell my kid this stuff is normal.
Homosexuality is not something that will ever be fully accepted and even most homosexuals know this. Just because the media embraces it right now will never make it right.
I was going to quietly leave the thread until I saw that "unnatural lifestyle" BS. So does that mean you think everyone who drives cars and uses artificial sweetener will go to hell because it's "unnatural"? The fact is that ten percent of male goats are gay

Describing gayness as "unnatural" is one of the stupidest, most obviously and demonstrably wrong arguments that has ever been popular. One of my first biology department jobs I saw gay frogs, and I have also seen gay dogs. Metastudies have determined that homosexuality is definitely between 25-75% genetic. There also seem to be chemical influences during fetal development. If you still have doubts about it being natural, here are some pics of gay animals: (NSFW, duh)
deer
lions
donkeys
Gay animals are really quite common and perfectly natural:

There are arguments against homosexual behavior which are based in rational thoughts. "Unnatural acts" is not one of them, and nobody should be trying to perpetuate that argument. Even if you have some valid reason to be against it, perpetuating that argument just makes you look stupid, and leads people to ignore whatever else you have to say.
As for the boy scouts, they should never have been a tax exempt organisation. It doesn't matter if you were a member and "didn't notice" their anti-homosexual agenda. They argued in court that they are a private hate group and allowing homosexuals into their organization would undermine them. No hate group should ever be tax exempt, and no employer should take membership in such a hate group into account in hiring decisions. They have the same right to exist as the nazi party, kkk, and rush limbaugh, none of whom should have tax exempt status. (The court case was one where they revoked someone's eagle scout status upon discovering he was homosexual, which affected his resume.)
Edit: spelling; Also the best episode of P&T was the "war on drugs" episode, it might have only shown one side, but it wasn't misleading. I didn't like the "endangered species" episode, although it did expose some serious problems with the legislation, it also completely ignored the positive side of it and reason for it. Of course they are always, by their own admission, "biased as fvck". I still think overall they are good because even if they are "wrong" on a given topic, they still tend expose the worst aspects of whichever side they are against, and the problems that need to be addressed. They shouldn't be trusted as a source without verifying data from elsewhere though.
