This scares me because it really gives you an idea of the sheer power and force of a bullet when it comes into contact with flesh. The Gelatin is about the closest substance where they can do this kind of testing and it goes to show why exit wounds are often worse than entrance wounds. The amount of energy can be seen after the bullet leaves the block because it continues to move.

By the way, the 9 mil and the .45 are much more graphic, but I believe the mp7 to be more damaging because the bullet tumbles and doesn't follow a straight path.
