Where do you get these kinds of pens? It would be visible under a certain light I imagine, right?

What price range does this stuff start out at? It would be kind of fun to have that kind of stuff

What about the UV fluorescent dye? What if that were put into the gun at the local tatoo parlor? How visible would the tatoo be? Obviously in a place full of blacklights it would be wicked bright! I wonder if it would fade.
