AT&T people can "buy" it online to prepare for when sideloading is allowed. That trick also works if it says your device is "not compatible" in the app.

The reviews say both the Transformer and Galaxy Tab aren't compatible. Worked on my Nook w/ CM7 though.

It gave a warning on my Transformer but I ignored it, downloaded it, installed it and it's been fine. I'm on level 5 and no issues thus far.
