well i was downloading a few torrents over winter break and comcast caught me again. idk how they did but i'm stopping that for good now. my brother was telling me that there is this program or site where there is unlimited peer to peer sharing for a fee and it's lega. anyone know of such a thing?

You're brother's either messing with you or he's incredibly gullible. "sharing" files that you're not allowed to share is illegal no matter what medium is used.
