My friends and I have a small LAN setup for gaming. Lately since we've done some system upgrades and re-installs, we've been having a few file sharing problems. The games seem to work fine, but not everybody can see/access everbody else under Network Neighborhood.

Here's the setup:

Ovislink "Realtek" 8139 10/100 cards (all but one system) Latest drivers
3Com 3C905 10/100 card in one system Latest Drivers
3) Abit BH6 motherboards
2) Abit KA7 motherboards
All systems running Win98SE
Client for MS Networks, TCP/IP and File/Printer sharing are loaded in Network Properties.
Static IP's and Subnets are on all computers.
Netgear 10/100 Switch
Netgear ISDN Router

Any ideas why we're having file sharing and access problems amongst the computers even though we can play games??

thanks for the advice
