Had a guy in the field have this happen to him. He was saying all day long how he felt like he had water in his ear (it had rained the previous night). Medic looked in his ear for about .0002 seconds and was like "Yep."

Then he just calmly said okay let's get you to the hospital. My buddy was like WTF the whole time but I just kept grinning at him and he was really scared. Doctor just laid him down and put saline in his ear until the spider washed up. When my buddy realized what it was he was like "That was it?" He isn't scared of spiders apparently. We kept telling him it had laid eggs in his brain though.
 
I have a torch that uses MAPP gas. Would that work?

Or I'd break out my surgeons kit and use the long tweezers. Saline sounds promising. LOL
