Biologically speaking...yes? What are you looking for here? I suppose I could have just as easily thought Joe but as I've stated there is no conclusive evidence that proves I was born that way genetically or made a choice. Yea there are plenty of studies but nothing conclusive.

I was responding to his smart ass, matter of fact remark. I don't have a definative belief either way. Holy shit! What does it matter anyway? I have nothing against gay people if that's what you're digging for. I have several gay friends for Christs sake. Hell I had this discussion with some of them and they have mixed answers about genetics or choice.
 
Working is a common law right. We were granted those rights by our ancestors thousands of years before the United states was even thought of.

Refusing to be a servant is a protected right under the 13th.

Well, that's very Christian of the doctor, to decide not to treat an innocent baby "after much prayer" because of her disapproval of the parents' sexual orientation. I'm sure Jesus would approve.
 
Doctors are Public Servants now, and the appropriate response is to serve.

Just like the movie, Dr. Zhivago, in which a Doctor is held to call by the Soviet Communist Revolution.

The Declaration of Independence isn't a legally binding document and of course those rights aren't inalienable. Haven't you ever seen a prison?

The government clearly has this power under the Constitution. It has been this way for half a century. You should really take some time to learn your history and understand the constitution better. You seem very confused about some pretty basic things.

We declared "Independence" from a Government that was harming our pursuit of life, liberty, and our pursuit of happiness.

It's a document that says, FUCK YOU, Government. This is America. This is the land of the FREE.

This is america, land of the constitution. The constitution protects certain rights, but the right to refuse service to people in a business open to the public is not one of them.

If you don't like the constitution just say so. You appear to have some very strange ideas about what you think is in it. I suggest you actually read it sometime.
