Pearl Harbour for COD

Read that they want to use Pear harbour for the main story for the new Call of Duty for 2015 release. They said World at War was just the start of things to come. Then the comment about pearl harbour was mentioned, Allso theirs room for Black Ops 3 and Ghost 2. We need to find what the hell happened to Logan, and Riley
If anyone else hears anything to confirm what I've mentioned above please reply.

remember a headline a couple weeks ago that next version may go back to WW2. Given how everything in some time has focused on current or slight futures wouldn't doubt that.

Maybe the COD franchise has done all they can on the ground. There really are no good combat flight sims for consoles, let alone a total land-sea-air package. COD is getting stale, they need to come up with something new.

Pearl Harbor would not be my first choice for a total war game; too one sided. How about Midway, D-Day, Gilbert Islands; something that has amphibious landings, air combat/support and naval battles. Just think of the DLC they could have!

Pearl Harbour could just be the opening game scene, help the sailors, shoot at the Jap planes and cover the civies. Then they take the fight to the Japanese. Doesn't need to be true to life, other wise the White House would be a pile of rubble. MW2. There are loads of ways to play out the whole game, by land air and sea.
If I hear anymore news will up date this thread Asap.

There was a Medal of Honor game, maybe 10-15 years ago, that let you play in Pearl Harbour. Unsurprisingly, you shot airplanes. One of the multiplayer maps was two battleships sitting side by side.

That's what I'm thinking. Start at Pearl Harbor, them move on to the Pacific landings, maybe even a foray into Japan via plane.

BTW, sorry to nitpick, but it's Harbor. We're not in Canada, so no need to add the U.

As if that ever mattered to COD once it became consolized.

Activision, wake me up when you have the balls to revisit WW2 and stop peer to peer nonsense.

What we need for a really good call of duty game is getting back the the basics. We're the hero's and the enemy are the baddies.
Let's just snot some Germans, Japanese or the Italians. Put a few tanks, planes and loads of shooting and who won't be happy, apart from the above mentioned.
 
Hi Guys,
Just been speaking to my friend, and his saying it's definite pearl harbour. So I asked why the rumours of Black Ops 3. There's even some short trailer out there, his response was they're doing a red herring. It's all hush hus, I said there making a bloody game not the cure for being a dick.
So guys what's it going to be, I'm not too sure, Black Ops 3 or World at War 2. Guys if you here anything, just post it here.
