Picked one up. I'm sure someone will point out some better deal, but this was quick and easy for some RAM i can have for testing systems.
 
I recieved mine, but it doesn't have the PLU sticker on it.
The rebate states... Mail this completed form with the original rebate or sales receipt
and the PLU/rebate sticker cut from the back of the module plastic packaging to:
Mine didn't come with such a sticker just a bar code sticker. I wonder if they will accept it?

They are asking that you cut out and mail the bar code sticker from the back of the package, plus your receipt. This is according to the several posters on another deal board that emailed the company. I sent in a printed out copy of the Newegg web receipt, the original packing list, and the back panel bar code sticker (and kept copied of everything).
