Suppose I have a PDF document which is several hundred pages long, each page an identical form with variable data (by "form" I do not necessarily mean the PDF was created as such). I want to gather information from the variable fields of each page of the PDF and copy them into appropriate columns in an Excel spreadsheet. There are a few entries on each page, so each page should produce three rows of data.
How can I do this (without expensive software) ?
