Isn't flipping pages kinda a fact of life for musicians? I've never been to a musical even where they have sheet music and don't have to flip pages.

In adobe, you can copy all of the content and past it into word and reformat it in word.

Your other option is to take screen shots (alt-PrtScn) and get the imagery into an image editor and get it all resized. GIMP would be nice for this if you have it. It's free so there is no reason not to but there is a learning curve to it. GIMP __MIGHT__ be able to import PDF files but I have no idea.

Adobe Reader will not do anything for you other than read documents. You need an actual PDF editor to edit the file. If that's not possible, use another program using a method I suggested.

Score is not text...so it will go into word as pictures.

Yes but 9 pages? Flipping pages is fine but it is so messy to read.
If you can afford GBP 3.72 (USD 5.00) why not hire someone?

This really shouldn't be that hard to do, if nobody else has done this for you yet I'll do it.

One thing I would be sure to do if you end up going the image cut/paste route - render the PDF at a resolution far higher than your desktop.

The finale suggestion is by far the most elegant suggestion here but will take ages. Once you did that however you should be able to do whatever you want with it.
