Does anyone know of a PDA that is well known for its voice recording? I was thinking of purchasing the H1910 with the goal of recording my classes.

Thanks!

Most PDA's primary function isn't considered voice recording. I personally own an iPAQ 5455, and it does a fine job, but a normal digital voice recorder does a far superior job. If this is all you are going to be doing, then just get a Digital Vioce Recorder. I assume you want something digital so you can store the class on your main computer, instead of buying multiple memory cards.

I was looking for a PDA so I could also have a pocket PC, but if a digital voice recorder is the best option do you have any suggestions?

Thanks!

Well, if you want it as a Pocket PC as well, the 5455 has an external microphone jack, but the 5455 is around 600 from CostCo.com, and 700 everywhere else. Also, AFAIK, the 5450/5455 (same thing, just one is direct from HP, the other is from retailers. And the retail version comes with a trial of PeaceMaker Pro (software to beam PIM's between Palms and Pocket PC's)) is the only Pocket PC with an external microphone connection. But, to recommend a Digital Voice Recorder, I cannot speak from experience. About a week or two ago, the had a review on Fresh Gear (a TechTV show), here is the link: http://www.techtv.com/freshgear/products/story/0,23008,3412212,00.html. Hope this helps.
