PCTV Problems

I have Pinnacle PCTV and whenever I try to capture and record a TV program it ALWAYS stops at 1hour and 35 minutes. I try to rec at DVD quality and my hard drive has a seperate partition for this which is 15GB[adequate as the 1.5 hrs of rec video is 4.5GB only] and is NTFS. Any suggestions? I have already reloaded the software and not solved the problem.
 
If you are using the "VidCon32" capture utility that comes with PCTV, check under "Options","Capturesetup" , make sure "Capture limit" is not checked.
