PCPAC Sunflower question

I just got my sunflower in from PC Power and Cooling and had a question about the fan. The fan looks like it would be blowing on to the heatsink instead of sucking the hot air off. The avc sticker is facing down, and a silver sticker is facing up. Just by the design of the fan, I would think it was blowing down, but the blades are facing the opposite directing of the intel fan. Does anyone know how they ship their fans? What is a sunflowers fan supposed to do? Suck or Blow?
 
it's supposed to be like that, don't worry. I saw a site where they tested both kinds of layouts, and this one managed to knock off a couple of degrees so I guess it works better.
