PCMods.com just sucks!

It's been a full 4 weeks now and they still haven't sent out my order. Trying to contact them by phone is impossible since it's either busy or you get a voice recording during regualar business hours. Email seems to work but all reply's have given me false hope saying, "it will ship on Monday or Tuesday" or "It will be shipped out this week". YEAH RIGHT!... and 4 weeks later, nothing!

What makes me even more upset is the fact that they sent out no notification that there is a delay and the only thing the order status says is "Paid". So, they obviously charged my card! LAME!

Man, they have their warehouse in dowtown Melbourne..........wierd, those guys are really nice and never had problems with them.

Yeah, I've ordered from them before without a problem. But for some reason, this time, it's just not working out.

Hmm...I ordered a bunch of black rounded cables and some thumbscrews...I hope it arrives soon...

Ive ordered from them 5 or 6 times... all with no problems. Hell i ordered somethin one night at 2am, and wrote them an email a few mins later askin if i could add somethin to it. 2 minutes after they opened that mornin i got a friendly call from them just to make sure it was me and that i authorized the new price.

You must have not ordered from them lately... this is the last email I got from them:

"...You are right, this is completely unacceptible. We have been having some supply issues lately that have caused our shipping times to slip severely [edit: 4 weeks now!]. We are also understaffed in our customer service department for phone support....I can get this shipped out Monday or Tuesday and offer you free shipping"

This was last Sunday (11/25)... and to day is Thursday going on Friday.

Now there is some company confidence for ya! :disgust:
