PCMCIA to PCI adapter. Is there something like that?

Hi,

I have seen from previous post by people talking about getting an adapter so that they can connect their wireless ethernet card for the laptop to
their desktop PCs. I have a 2.0usb PCMCIA card that I like to use on the desktop too, so is there a PCMCIA to PCI adapter that I can buy for my card?

Some one please recomend one if you know of the solution I am talking about. And where to buy one?

if you follow that link it shows a desktop wireless pci card for wireless networking. It looks like all it is is just a pcmcia to pci adapter with a pcmcia 802.11b card shoved in it. so i'm sure you can find a similar product sans 802.11b card

Nevermind about the previous post.

I dont think you got what I mean. But I search around myself and was able to find this as an example. Now, if anyone would point to me where I can find a similar item with a good price tag on it I would appreciate it alot.
