PCMCIA card readers that don't stick out?

Are there any PCMCIA card readers that don't stick out for laptops? I want it to be a neat flush-finish without it sticking out out like a PCMCIA wireless card's antenna does.

By card reader I mean those 5-in-1's that accept SD/MMC storage cards.

Yes, there are some - at least there used to be. Here is an old CF reader I have used. It is out of the PC Card slot:

The two corners barely are visible.

I know they make them for SD and MMC. Look at SanDisk, Lexar, or Panasonic. The also come as Express Cards for newer laptops.
