Last time they did this with GTA5 performance analysis:

It is not the first time we see this pattern. Actually, most of their latest reviews are the same.
So they were called out and eventually did the tests again, in different places:
What a change! 290X went from competing with gtx770 up to fighting with gtx780ti.
It is not a matter of fabricating results, they just put amazing amount of work into finding a "perfect" test spots and settings.
I guess it is not anything new and everyone already knew what is going on.
It just shows how much one can manipulate test procedures to suit their needs.
